An Ayrshire primary school has launched a plea to Still Game stars Jack and Victor to help them celebrate their 60th anniversary bash. Muirhead Primary School celebrate their milestone year next month. Former pupil Heather Calder is fronting a campaign to raise vital funds for the smallest school in Troon.
Heather, who is now an artist, is going to give one lucky fan a chance to win her stunning signed portraits of the legendary Craiglang pensioners. The mum-of-two previously got actors Ford Kiernan and Greg Hemphill to sign the works at a special event in Balloch last year as they promoted their Jack and Victor whisky.
Now she hopes the duo will ‘be game’ for a trip to the coast to draw a raffle. The school are looking to purchase outdoor equipment and create a space to encourage mindfulness and health and well being.
