Below Deck Star Chase Lemacks Blasts Gary King’s Lack Of Leadership Ability

The feud between Chase Lemacks and Gary King of Below Deck Sailing Yacht is heating up, with the deckhand blasting his boss about his work ethic. This season, Gary has been up to his old tricks, which have included taking long smoke breaks and hooking up with the stews. While there have been some well-run charters, Chase wishes he had a better boss by his side.

While on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Chase broke guy code and shared why he can't seem to get along with the South African native. According to Chase, Gary had no leadership skills noting that he didn't know how to dole out proper "instructions."

While playing "Gary King For a Day," the deckhand revealed he wished that Gary would have called his crew "up, not out." Chase revealed that the crew of Below Deck Sailing Yacht was expected to know everything but was never taken around the boat on their first day.

Mads Herra was in the same Watch What Happens Live episode and was asked by Andy to choose between Gary and Alex on a number of questions. The stew continued to choose Alex Popson over her season hookup, nothing that Gary was extremely "clingy." Gary has been continually pursuing Mads the entire season, with the Florida native making it clear she isn't looking for anything serious. During the game, Mads claimed Alex was the best kisser, the funny one, and the guy she would introduce to her parents, with Gary not even receiving an honorable mention.

Even though Gary hasn't found himself winning over Mads, he has been one of the members of the live triangle on this season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. Gary hooked up with chief stew Daisy Kelliher last season, but the two have remained close friends. However, single Colin MacRae decided to make a move with Daisy leaving Gary out in the cold and slightly annoyed.

During the premiere of the season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht, Chase had made his intentions clear that he wanted to pursue Mads, but Gary decided he would jump the line. The two Bravo stars couldn't find common ground and instead have worked most of the season side by side and with a lot of tension. There doesn't seem to be any love lost between the two yachties, with Chase counting down the days until he never has to work under Gary's leadership ever again.
