The Call the Midwife star, who plays Nurse Trixie on the hit BBC show, took to Instagram to give fans a glimpse of her birthday celebrations. Captioning a collection of three pictures, Helen said: "Friends like these ♥️"
In the images, Helen can be seen enjoying various celebrations. The first and second snaps show the star spending time with three of her friends, while the third image shows the star looking at a dessert which has a birthday candle in it.
In all the snaps, the actress looks so glamorous. She sports a green midi dress with a stunning floral design and wears her dark brunette locks (a far-cry from Nurse Trixie's bright blonde hair!) in an elegant waved style.
