‘Chicago PD’s Marina Squerciati Brings Chicago to London

Marina Squerciati, who plays police officer Kim Burgess in Chicago P.D., didn't leave her home city behind during a trip to London, England.

The actress shared a photo on Instagram of herself rocking a white t-shirt, baby blue blazer, sunglasses, and a Chicago Cubs hat, with a baseball stadium behind her.

While the picture looks like it could've been taken at any baseball stadium in the U.S., Squerciati was actually at London Stadium, the home of English Premier League's West Ham United soccer team. The venue went through a major transformation into a baseball field to host the Chicago Cubs and the St. Louis Cardinals for the two-game London Series.

The series, which brings two American baseball teams to London for a couple of games each year, started in 2019, with the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox facing off in the U.K.

Fans loved seeing Squerciati's latest adventure. Some fans complimented her fashion, with one writing, "Marina once again rocking with the style. A true scorchinghottie ," while another said, "I love that you are always so stylish, stunning ."

A different follower couldn't help but comment on how much Squerciati has been traveling lately, saying, "GIRLY YOU COULD WIN AN AWARD FOR HOW JET LAGGED YOUVE BEEN FOR THE PAST MONTH AND A HALF."
