One Death In Paradise fan asked Ralf about Danny John-Jules who played Officer Dwayne Myers in the BBC series. "He came back for the last Christmas special and he was a legend," Ralf exclaimed. "I used to watch Red Dwarf as a kid, so he's a real hero of mine. He's always welcome as far as I’m concerned, I love him."

The last season of Death In Paradise was not easy for Ralf's character Neville. Fans will recall he was arrested for the murder of a suspect and discovered his love interest Sophie Chambers (played by Chelsea Edge) was the killer.
