Geordie actor Charlie Hunnam, originally found fame by starring in Newcastle-based children’s TV show, Byker Grove.
He went on to star in the Channel 4 series Queer as Folk, alongside various other TV and film roles.He went on to star in the main role of Jackson “Jax” Teller in the popular television series, Sons of Anarchy. The show ran for seven series, from 2008 until 2014. The show followed a motorcycle club, which was led by Hunnam’s character. Once the show ended, a spin-off show Mayans M.C was released, following the rival motorcycle club - Mayans Motorcycle Club.
Mayans M.C will be due to end soon, and fans are hoping for a surprise return from Hunnam. According to Ladbible, Hunnam responded to the claims at Liverpool Comic Con in May 2022. The 42-year-old actor told the audience: “There’s something in that universe that doesn’t involve Jax Teller, but does involve me that we’re sort of cooking up.
“But right now, it’s like we’re at the stage where the ingredients are just being measured out, they’re not even being mixed out in the bowl yet, and they’re definitely not in the oven.” It was also reported that the star told Access Hollywood that he was “exploring an idea” that could possibly see Jackson “Jax” Teller return to our screens. After Sons of Anarchy came to an end, Hunnam starred in bigger movie roles, such as in The Gentleman in 2019, alongside Matthew McConaughey, Colin Farrell and Hugh Grant.
